Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLs – pronounced ‘petals’) is a Level 3 qualification that provides an introduction for those who wish to teach or train adults. It is increasingly becoming a minimum requirement for anyone wishing to work in Further Education or wishing to be approved by an Awarding Body or training organisation (such as Freedom Leisure Training) to deliver training courses.
The Level 3 Assessor course and qualification are designed to enable candidates to cover all the essential principles and practices of assessment including assessing competence and achievement and are designed to help in the building of an evidence based portfolio.
The RLSS NPLQ Trainer Assesor delivers the RLSS UK training programs including the National Pool Lifeguard Quailification. TA's provide training to candidates in the relevant training program.
