gold membership

• Unlimited gym, fitness classes and health suite access.

• Unlimited use of squash, badminton and tennis courts (excludes Beech Hurst). (Maximum bookable of one court for two sessions per day for squash and tennis, and one court for one session per day for badminton). A small fee, £1 Dolphin, £1.10 Triangle for non-member playing partners using the health club pool, spa, sauna and steam room.

• Unlimited fitness swimming during public swimming session and use of Aztec Fun Pools at The Triangle.

• Please note: Kings Centre Gold membership entitles use of facilities at Kings Centre ONLY and 10% off all activities at The Dolphin and The Triangle. An upgrade to Full Gold membership is available if you wish to use all 3 centres' facilites. 

silver membership

• Unlimited gym and health suite access.

bronze membership

• Gym and health suite access at the following times:

• Triangle and Dolphin Mon-Fri: 08.30-17.00; Saturday: 11.00-19.00; Sunday: 11.00-20.00

• Kings: Monday: 08.00-17.00; Tue-Fri: 06.15-17.00; Sat-Sun: All day.

fitness membership

• Unlimited wet and dry based fitness classes and health suite access.

• Use of the gym (following an induction) at any time on the pay-as-you-go rate.

racquet membership

YP membership (years 9, 10 & 11)

• Use of the gym at the following times: Mon-Fri: 15.30-17.30 and Sat-Sun: 11.00-16.00

• Use of the badminton and squash courts at the following times:Mon-Fri: 09.00-17.00 and Sat-Sun: All day

• Fitness Academy exercise classes. (Please note: an additional fee applies to adult fitness classes).

• Unlimited fitness swimming during public swimming sessions and use of the fun pools at The Triangle.

• 10% off courses and other activities.

• Please note: Mid Sussex youngsters will be entitled to take up a YP membership from 1st September of year 9. When the membership is due to expire we will send a letter with details on how to change to valid membership category.

kidz membership (0-15 years)

• Children’s pay as you go activities.

• Use of the badminton and squash courts at the following times: Mon-Fri: 09.00-17.00 and Sat-Sun: All day

• Programmed fitness classes.

• Triangle: Bounce & Roll, Paint & Play, Twins Club, Tots & Pops, and Antics.

• Dolphin: Bounce & Roll, Paint & Play, Crafty Fun, Fundamentals.

• Kings: Bounce & Roll, Paint & Play, Learn to Skate, Playworld.
