The Royal Life Saving Society National Pool Lifeguard Qualification course (NPLQ), will qualify you to work as a Lifeguard in any public swimming pool.

Freedom Leisure Training is an HSE Approved First Aid Training Centre, we are the principal First Aid training provider for schools in East Sussex.

At Freedom Leisure we have splash pools, flumes, waves and inflatables to keep the kids busy in the pool...

family_swim3 Our swim school swim classes are taught by qualified instructors, who use ASA criteria to assess children and work towards badges or awards. All of our teachers are friendly, approachable, willing to help and want the children to get as much as possible out of their swimming lessons.

Splashdance is our regular Friday night pool party for under 16s. With music, games, floats and a real party atmosphere this is our most popular junior swim session.
