The Royal Life Saving Society National Pool Lifeguard Qualification course (NPLQ), will qualify you to work as a Lifeguard in any public swimming pool.

Freedom Leisure Training is an HSE Approved First Aid Training Centre, we are the principal First Aid training provider for schools in East Sussex.

Creche Our crèches are run by fully trained staff and we take babies from as young as six weeks up to five years. You can be confident that your children will be well taken care of while you have some exercise and leisure time to yourself.
