Premier Six O is available at a reduced rate and is exclusively for those aged 60 or over.

Enjoy unlimited use of the gym between opening time and 4.30pm weekdays and all weekend, swimming during public sessions and active plus exercise classes. You can also sign up for the freedom journey. This valuable benefit gives you a six month support programme developed by freedom leisure to help you achieve your fitness goals. You will get a personal introduction and exercise programme that can include the gym, classes, swimming whatever you want, just tell us. This will be followed up with additional consultation sessions over the first six months of your membership. If you stick to the journey we will reward you with a free month in month seven of your membership.
