premier 1418 is a membership for 14 to 18 year olds.

It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle whatever age you are, and the younger you start the easier it is to keep the habit.

premier 1418 offers use of the gym between 12 noon and 6pm* Monday to Friday and all weekend, plus free swimming during public sessions.

You will start with a full gym introduction and a personal programme designed for your age, needs and experience.

Membership is available monthly by direct debit and quarterly or annually in advance.
