Membership is available to 8 - 13 year olds and includes:

All the gym staff have been trained to work with children in a gym and exercise environment and aim to make fitness as much fun as possible.

The active gym equipment is designed with kids in mind to ensure that users benefit from exercise without any negative impact on their growing bodies. There are also exercise bikes, space hoppers, trampolines and much more to keep children motivated.
