1:1 training to reach your maximum potential

Personal training (PT) is a 1:1 session with a highly qualified and experienced freedomleisure instructor. The one hour sessions will contain all the aspects of a complete workout including warm up and cool down. The trainer will work with you to maximise results and are help at encourage you to make an extra effort.
Regular PT sessions are a great way to speed up your progress towards your fitness goals.
