A five week exercise programme designed for pre and post natal mums.
Exercise before and after pregnancy is proven to be extremely beneficial. As well as maintaining a level of fitness, it can help heartburn, cramps and insomnia during pregnancy and reduce stress and anxiety both before and after birth.
You will need to referred by your midwife or health visitor and we will then discuss with you what you want to achieve and how best to achieve it safely and effectively. Our trained staff will be on hand to help and advise you all the way. We want you to become independently so you can exercise regularly and confidently.
