It doesn't matter if you have never been to a fitness centre before we want you to be comfortable with the idea of exercise and will work with you to develop a programme that will match your personal aims and abilities.
Working with guidance from your medical practitioner our fully trained team members will work with you to gain the maximum benefits.
The oasis programme covers twenty sessions over a ten week period.
To gain the maximum benefit you should try to attend twice a week. Your exercise level will be gradually increased as your fitness improves and additional assessments will be done mid way through and at the end of your referral.
A report will then be compiled for your doctor.
Our trained staff are always available to help you and your eventual goal is to become largely independent and exercise regularly as a matter of habit.
