Group exercise is a great way to stay motivated and at freedom leisure there are a variety of classes for you to try, and you can be sure that you will soon find your favourites. Our instructors are enthusiastic and fully committed to making sure you have a great work out in every class that you do.

Pole fitness: Tuesday 7th Sept to 26th Oct. An 8 week course. 7.30-8.30pm beginners, 8.30-9.30pm improvers. Premier members £44, Leisure pass holders £64.
Pilates beginners courses: Tuesday 7th Sept to 26th Oct. An 8 week course. Also, 9th Nov to 21st Dec. Times for both 9.20-10.20am. Please call the centre for prices.
Monday morning yoga will be taking a summer break, last class 26 July restarting 13 September.
