Need motivating? Try a circuits class!
Join James every Thursday 8-9pm in the main hall for Circuit Training.
Circuits are a fun and safe hour of planned exercise for men and women over 16 years old. Each class will incorporate a full body workout, designed to achieve optimum benefits. Included, is a mixture of challenging aerobics and muscle toning/gaining exercises, adapted to meet your targets.
