The Royal Life Saving Society National Pool Lifeguard Qualification course (NPLQ), will qualify you to work as a Lifeguard in any public swimming pool.

Freedom Leisure Training is an HSE Approved First Aid Training Centre, we are the principal First Aid training provider for schools in East Sussex.

Children's Easter Holiday Club: Running from 8.30am - 4.00pm every day!! See the info for 'Just for Kids' 2nd April to 12th April 2013.

Easter Opening Hours: The gym is open from 8am till 10pm every weekday during the Easter Holidays (2nd - 5th & 8th - 12th April)

Centre redevelopment update... We are looking forward to our changing room improvements. Work is well under way!! The toilet area is now blocked off, so customers will need to use the temporary toilets. There are currently no changing facilities available at this time. All activities (classes and courses etc) will go ahead as usual. Please call for further info.
