Our ethos is all about being flexible and responsive to our customers needs, and providing training that is effective, informative and enjoyable. If you are looking for training either for yourself, your colleagues at work or your friends and family, we can help.

The Royal Life Saving Society National Pool Lifeguard Qualification course (NPLQ), will qualify you to work as a Lifeguard in any public swimming pool.

Freedom Leisure Training is an HSE Approved First Aid Training Centre, we are the principal First Aid training provider for schools in East Sussex.
